The Luau Launch! May 2024
To kick off our official Charter Night - Charter Members (those of us who arall in!) as well as Lions Club Members from other areas came to celebrate us!
Llama Llama Read-O-Rama
Our first Service Project! On June 22, 2024 a few of the Breakfast Club Simba's had the opportunity to service hotdogs and water to families that attended this event hosted by the United Way. 300 hotdogs later...
Battle of the Books Serving
In August, Simba's lent a helping hand at the Battle Of the Books Meeting, a program with over 500 local students participating this summer to read books and meet authors. At the August meeting, Wal-Mart generously donated the food for these students and several of our Simba's joined in to help serve the over 250 students in this session.
The Hatters Ball - our Debut Fundraiser!
Our first community fundraiser was a lot of fun as we connected with incredible community partners - The Northland Arboretum, Brainerd Area Poker League, and 3 Cheers Catering.
This was a way to get our name out there in a fun way!
