1st Annual Roper Romp!
Thursday, August 14th, 4 - 8 pm
Between 4 and 7 pm (start any time!) pop into participating businesses to get your stamp - cards can be picked up at your first stop (only one card needed per person)
Between 7 and 7:30, make your way to Jack Pine Brewery in Baxter, MN - don't be late :)
7:30 pm - prizes given away, including the cash prize of $250 if 50 or fewer participants - $500 for 51 - 100 participants -
IF we go over 100 Roper Romp participants at Jack Pine by 7:30 pm cash prize (one winner!) moves to $700

Dress the part! Highly encouraged! Costume prizes as well as other prizes/drawings - lets set the record for the most Mrs Ropers in the Brainerd Baxter area at one time EVAH!
Gather your friends (its free to particate!) - the more participants - the larger the crash prize given away to one lucky person on August 14th (you must be present to win).
Participants must be 19 or over to be eligible for any prizes either at the businesses or at Jack Pine

The participating businesses will be listed here as well as on our Facebook Page (Brainerd Lakes Area Lions Breakfast Club)
We will be adding 10 - 15 businesses within the Brainerd Baxter area:
Business participation must be open until 7:00 pm on Thursday, the 14th.
The cost for a business to participate is $100 sponsorship
Businesses will receive:
Logo on all cards
Name and address added to the website
Cards available the week of the event for participants to pick up early or day of
Poster of your participation for your business window to be easily identified
Promo of your participation on social media
A live video from your location (scheduled with you between August 3 and 13) showing your store and encouraging participants
Participants coming to your business on the 14th
